Who can use Molorun
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're under 16, you may only use Molorun with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Using Molorun
You may use the site and app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't attempt to break, scrape at scale, or resell the service.
Health disclaimer
Molorun is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The journal and the app describe general approaches to gentle exercise. If you have a heart condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have any reason to be unsure whether exercise is safe for you, speak to a doctor before starting. You participate at your own risk.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account details secure. Let us know at info@molorun.com if you think someone else has access.
Subscriptions
The core features are free. If you buy Molo+, billing runs through the App Store or Google Play and you can cancel anytime through them, in one tap, with no retention offer; cancellation stops future charges and returns you to the free tier.
Content
The writing, design and app content belong to Molorun. Quote us with a link, but don't republish articles wholesale.
No warranty
Molorun is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app or site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molorun is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or site, including from following a training plan or voice cue. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited under applicable law (e.g. for gross negligence or willful misconduct).
Termination
You can stop using Molorun and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
